The BEST Herbed Rolls {Bread Machine}

These herbed rolls are the BEST, and with a little help from the bread machine are easy to make. They’ll be sure to be a hit at your next family meal!
Servings 16 rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp potato flakes
  • 1/2 tsp each basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary (crushed)
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order specified by the manufacturer. Select dough setting.
  • When cycle is complete, turn dough onto a floured surface. Divide into 16 portions and shape each into a ball. Place 2” apart on baking sheets, greased or lined with silicone mats.
  • Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 375℉ for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • After baking, brush with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  • Remove from baking sheets to wire racks to cool.
