Do you have a hard time coming up with snacks for your kids that are healthy, easy, and quick to make? Not to mention ones that don’t break your grocery budget??
I started making these apple “cookies” last year, and my kids go cuh-razy over them. (Granted, they’re all extremely easy to please in the food department, but still…) I love them because they’re a great healthy snack I can quickly whip up with ingredients I have on hand. And my kids love them because they’re filling and delicious!
One of the best things about them is how versatile they are! You can top them with just about anything you want, and I’ll give you plenty of ideas below! (I’ll give you some ideas for turning this into more of a dessert than a snack, too, just for balance. 😉)
We’re in the height of apple season, so it’s the perfect time to make these apple “cookie” snacks!
