Fun & Interesting Stocking Stuffers For Kids

  • Melissa & Doug Scratch Art Doodle Pad— Melissa & Doug has an entire line of Scratch Art products, but these doodle pads would be perfect for a stocking!
  • Joke Book — This is a great non-toy gift. Kids love learning new jokes!
  • Card games

  • Flashlights — If you have multiple children, get a pack of these and divide into each stocking. We have three kids, so this was perfect for us!
  • Disappearing Ink Message Pens— I think these are so cool! They come in a 12-pack, so you can break apart the pack amongst your various stockings.
  • Activity books — coloring books, Dot-to-Dot, word searches, mazes, color by number, etc.

  • Paw Patrol bath finger puppets— I think I’m going to have to get these for my own Paw Patrol-loving kiddo!
  • Art/Craft supplies — Crayons, markers, colored pencils, erasers, washi tape, glitter (if you’re brave!), paints, stickers, etc.

  • Mini puzzles — These Christmas puzzles are so cute!
  • Play-Doh — A classic! Get a big pack and divide among the stockings.
  • Dinosaur cars, monster trucks, Matchbox cars, etc.

  • Bath paint — Our kids have LOVED bath paint in the bathtub, and it’s surprisingly low-mess! (Just a tip: I’ve found red does stain a bit if you don’t get it cleaned up right away.)
  • Water Wow! Pads— These are great for young kids, and there are TONS of theme options.
  • Stickers— Again, get a pack and split it up between your kids.
  • Books — These Step Into Reading books are the perfect size (and price!) for stockings.

You can also find lots of great (and CHEAP) stocking stuffers at Dollar Tree!
