How to Get the Most From Amazon Prime Day

Have you heard about the incredible way to save that is Amazon Prime Day? It’s a shopping event where Amazon Prime members can shop hundreds of thousands of deals site-wide and potentially save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on all their shopping needs. It has become such a big deal, it almost eclipses the monolithic shopping day that is Black Friday. Almost.

When is Prime Day?

Prime Day 2019 will begin at 12am PT on Monday, July 15 and will run through  Tuesday, July 16.

How do I participate?

These deals are only available for Prime members, so in order to take advantage of these incredible deals, you will need to sign up, if you haven’t already. 

Don’t want to pay for Amazon Prime? (I understand — it took me several years before I took the plunge, too!) No problem!

Why Should I Participate?

You certainly don’t have to participate in Prime Day. Trust me, I am not one to encourage people to spend unnecessary money — especially when it’s not in their budget. Be smart — don’t spend money on something you don’t need simply because it’s a good deal! 

But if there’s something you’ve been planning to get or have been wanting for a while, now is the perfect time to get it more cheaply!

Also, it’s a great time to start stocking up on Christmas presents. Great deals mean you can get better presents within the same budget!

There will be deals on just about everything you could imagine across all of Amazon. 

My advice, though, is to look for sales on: 

• Things you really love
• Things you’ve been wanting but have been outside of your budget
• Things that will potentially save you the most money (think those big-ticket items you’ve been needing)

• USA Pans
