I say this every month, but I really don’t know how it’s possible that we’re heading towards the end of November already. That means Christmas is only a month away! Eek! I hope you’ve done more shopping than I have!

November Fabulous Finds
Cheesy Italian Sausage and Pepper Sandwiches | Good Cheap Eats
I made these sandwiches this summer as I was preparing freezer meals for Andrew’s birth. We ate them early this month and they are delicious!! They require a bit more prep than I usually like when I do big batches of freezer meals, but it was worth it! They froze beautifully, and they were so easy to warm up in the oven. It was a nice change of pace to have something other than casseroles and crockpot freezer meals.
Find out what other meals I stocked my freezer with and learn how I made 11 freezer meals in under 2 hours!
How to Find Joy in Rough Parenting Seasons | The Fabuless Wife
I love everything about this blog post. It’s always a relief to know that you’re not the only mom that has wished away days and seasons. In her post, Cate will assure you that you are not alone in your discontent, but she also won’t let you stay there! She offers wonderful advice for finding joy, even in challenging seasons. My favorite takeaway from this article was learning to view parenting challenges as opportunities for growth.
(I recently wrote a post about my struggles after Baby #2. If you’re experiencing guilt over feelings of discontent, read about my experience and know that you are not alone!)
4 Books That Will Enhance a Mother’s Life | Dirt & Boogers
I always enjoy a good book recommendation, and I’m interested in anything that’s going to help me be a better mother. This looks like a great list from Amanda at Dirt & Boogers (I love the name of her blog. 🙂 ) I have read Hands Free Life and can attest to its greatness (I also read, loved, and reviewed Hands Free Mama on this blog), and I own but have not started Fringe Hours. The other two I am not familiar with, but they look fantastic. I have added them to my (ever-growing!) list of books to read.

How to Find Joy in Cleaning | Becoming His Crown
I was happy to find a fellow struggling housekeeper in Carisa. I really hate cleaning, but I love the feeling of having a (relatively) clean and orderly home. So, I have worked on developing the disciplines and routines to maintain a tidy house. If you also struggle in this area, this is a post for you! In it, Carisa discusses some of the benefits of having a clean home, provides some practical tips for getting it all done, AND extends a few of her tips for finding joy in the process!
50 Ways to Save Money on a Limited Income | Fashionably Frugal
I am a pretty frugal person, and I enjoy learning new ways to save money for our family. I already do quite a lot on this list (like #1 – Making a menu plan or #24 – Using a service like ThredUp), but I learned a few new tips, too! If you’re looking for creative ways to save money, this is a must-read!
Wow, that was a great month, wasn’t it? I’m encouraged all over again as I re-read these posts! I hope you’ve been inspired as well.
